The attacks come and go instantly without a warning. The shrieks are what left out as a penance. Just only due to low-herb diet, the problem arises!
Sometimes people know about it or else it is detected after your death. It is worse if you have other diseases roaming around in hand in hand with the HERO (abscess!). The hero kills … but why is this hero then?
Liver abscess is grouping of pus around the liver. It can be multiple or single. The cure first came out in 1938.
There are two kinds of liver abscess found in people and animals mostly.
AMOEBIC abscess is caused in a plain simple word due to unhygienic condition in tropical region, mostly due to water. NOPE the question is not whether you are safe. it lies in sternly attacks to those who are unaware of it.
Cause which makes the PYOGENIC abscess to persist, in a very plain simple words without any medical jargon … is the aging. When you are around 40 or plus the problem can cause your large intestine (colon) to get swollen. This disease can be cure by medicines. It is very common and can be diagnosed by ultra sound and CT scan. This happens when people take low herb diet (less roughage, salad, fruits etc) You can get abdominal pain which is a good symptom and a good reason for you to get to a doctor. Other symptoms can be vomiting, fever, weight loss, weakness etc.
Now when the problem is not caught at the right time, the colon may get tear on the walls and the stool can come out of it if the tear is bit large. This stool can cause pus spreading over all the liver, which causes sternly abdominal pain and other symptoms. It can get spread and problem arises when it reaches to lungs. The other reasons for abscess can be appendicitis or other stool and intestinal problems.
Sepsis is a disease, which can be the next step if the prevention is not taken or the cure is not initiated. Patients with sepsis are kept in ICU for the treatment and it can cause multiple organ failures like kidney, lungs etc.
With the advance in the microbiology cure for the liver abscess is readily available now. First only medicines can help. If not that then pus can be taken care of by needle injection without breaking your skin. The last step is surgery if the above does not work.
Mortality rate remains 10-30%. However, proper care and guidance...with proper medical treatment can cure the abscess with a high chance.

A Letter to Manmohan Singh FROM ( the under sign)
India is a used economy. Technique and India have old relations of ignorance. So the time for the Cat again. How many engineers are appearing by the way ? Some wants to be an entrepreneur ? Is CAT require for that ? And some want to be financially literate? Do we need CAT for it? So majority go for a tag? But tag is impotent until the actions pour out of the tag bucket. Finally the reason for an engineer to be a manager goes to comforts in job level, in lesser time, but then comforts are synonym for ignorance. Do they know the other way to create wealth? Share , market , small business?
Finally the word is who is responsible ? Who is responsible to make India a poor technical country and giving it total dependency on America and other world. Can we just point out the engineers in IIM ? I mean , if they can compete to IIM , cant they technically contribute India in their better half?It is just a shift of the goal.Or is that they do not know wether IIM is possible , and an atttempt make their dreams realised.. and finally who will leave up the opportunity?
Technical dependency 1 ...
You be an entrepreneur, and you will be not allowed to do a deal with your neighbor company , as you didn't make a deal with America. Your neighbor depend on America and he will be forced to keep you out of him . And finally so up .. you make a deal with the POWER or you shut down.
Technical dependency 2
Engineers from IITS are given great package but irrelevant work with not much to learn and expand in America. Finally one technical army of India becomes unarmed and untalented . He may go abroad with a hope he will learn something from America and contribute to India . And of course will enjoy the benefits of high package. Anyhow, when you have enough money only then you can think "out of you". But in return you get impotent .
Technical dependency 3...
Look around your self . the brands all around . this it
Lack of patriotism , is one reason and less growth opportunity is the reason for that . but opportunities are not their in abroad too, as from the above. And the final reason is high pay package. .. The common reason for engineers to choose Cat and to choose a foreign MS . The high pay package.

Dear Prime Minister Singh
I am very pleased that your visit provides us with the opportunity to strengthen the US-India relationship: deepening and broadening the friendship between our countries will be a first-order priority for me in the coming years. I am sorry that I was unable to meet with you on this trip, but very much look forward to doing so in the near future.
Before turning to matters of policy, please permit me to offer my condolences on the painful losses your citizens have suffered in the recent string of terrorist assaults. As I have said publicly, I deplore and condemn the vicious attacks perpetrated in New Delhi earlier this month, and on the Indian embassy in Kabul on July 7. The death and destruction is reprehensible, and you and your nation have my deepest sympathy. These cowardly acts of mass murder are a stark reminder that India suffers from the scourge of terrorism on a scale few other nations can imagine. I will continue to urge all countries to cooperate with Indian authorities in tracking down the perpetrators of these atrocities. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families.
I also want to take this opportunity to express my great admiration for the courage you showed in shepherding the civil nuclear cooperation agreement through your Parliament, the IAEA and the NSG. I was pleased to vote by proxy for the agreement in committee today, and I very much hope we can vote on this agreement before the US Congress goes out of session. As you know, there are some procedural obstacles that may prevent a vote this year. When it does come up for a vote, however, I will of course vote in favor. If time runs out in the current Congress, I will resubmit the agreement next year as President.
I strongly support civil nuclear cooperation, because I believe it will enhance our partnership and deepen our cooperation on a whole range of matters. Importantly, it will help India to meet its growing electricity demands while aiding in the important effort to combat global warming. But I see this agreement only as a beginning of a much closer relationship between our two great countries. I would like to see US-India relations grow across the board to reflect our shared interests, shared values, shared sense of threats and ever-burgeoning ties between our two economies and societies.
As a starting point, our common strategic interests call for redoubling US-Indian military, intelligence and law enforcement cooperation. The recent bombings remind us that we are both victims of terrorist attacks on our soil, and we share a common goal of defeating these forces of extremism. India and America should similarly work together to promote our democratic values and strengthen legal institutions in South Asia and beyond. We also should be working hand-in-hand to tap into the creativity and dynamism of our entrepreneurs, engineers and scientists to promote development of alternative sources of clean energy. Imagine our two democracies in action: Indian laboratories and industry collaborating with American laboratories and industry to discover innovative solutions to today's energy problems. That is the kind of new partnership I would like to build with India as President.
I also hope that a civil nuclear cooperation agreement can open the door to greater collaboration with India on non-proliferation issues. This subject will be one of my highest priorities as President. I am committed to the goal of a world without nuclear weapons, and will make this a central element of US nuclear weapons policy. I will work with the US Senate to secure ratification of the international treaty banning nuclear weapons testing at the earliest practical day, and then launch a major diplomatic initiative to ensure its entry into force. I will also pursue negotiations on a verifiable, multilateral treaty to end production of fissile material for nuclear weapons.
I very much hope and expect India will cooperate closely with the United States in these multilateral efforts. With the benefits of nuclear cooperation come real responsibilities -- and that should include steps to restrain nuclear weapons programs and pursuing effective disarmament when others do so. I greatly look forward to working with you on these and other issues in the future.
Sincerely,
Barack Obama

A LiTTLE- IndianNEss
Three different types of India are seen, as we move from AC to Sleeper to general bogies of our laluprasiddh train sewa. Moreover, I met the third kind, this time. After several years, I got this opportunity. Brooding on the platform KI PAKDU KI NAI PAKDU… train OPENED UP (KHUL GAII). The first dabba of the train became my destiny, which I climbed while the train was moving. Yes, it was general women compartment! The fourth beautiful kind of India, which can be seen only to men who break laws by traveling in that DABBA. Incidentally, there were not few like me. One of them was our DeshKeRakshak INDIANPOLICE.
Well the controversy in my mind is different one. About these three people, two travelers and one TTE. It is seldom you find TTE in general compartment and stars in sky at the same time. At around ten, the invasion of TTE (HERO I) made some of my fellow passengers to perspire. In addition, one was caught traveling without ticket. He said he was sabji walla(HERO II) ,” Chhodd Dijiye naaaaa saaabb jjiiii , baaataaaiiiiyee kkaahaa see ticket kaataaataa , kaamaaiii hi kyaa hai”
The TTE looked to his brother (all Indians are our brother and sister) and he shift his paradigm to felt his problem abysmally …”Thik hai, thik hai 250 ke bajai 50 rupya hi do, mai doosritickit bana deta huun”. And he made a new ticket for him. He asked a third fellow passenger (HERO III) for his ticket for a while, and then our TTE quoted the same ticket no, of our HeroIII to our HeroII’s hand made ticket.
It could have been that TTE gets the Rs. 50 and OTHER heroes get different tickets with same numbers. Well that does not matter much when you have a general ticket.
Nevertheless, this did not happen. Our Third hero disagreed and TTE took Rs. 250 from the culprit finally.
Such kind of help, we can expect mostly in the second kind of India .The India of middle class. Here people are educated and understands each other. Here people understand that each of us is brethren. India is a united nation and we the people of India can come up only by holding our hands together. Interestingly, I felt the same. I felt bad for the sabji waala. What our HeroIII would have done if HeroII had been his own brother? After years of our independence, the dream of our ancestors like jawahar Lal Nehru is yet to be realise. The dream of living like a one family. We are running our nation liberalized, meaning a general store rather like a one family. A sense of togetherness is invaded in lieu of rising economy. Manmohan Singh, though gave us liberalization , but the United Nation and the United states are Foreign words for Indians. Even my favorite songs like Mile sur mera tumhara is not telecasted in television now.
Our India population comprises of more people of third India, and it is necessary that they must live united. May be because of some misfortune, they have less money and education. However, togetherness among them can bring out the loveliest and fullest joys of life, which people of first India seldom see. In addition, the worst is, no third party neither has wealth and education nor unity and even or confidence. They are the people who give more votes to government, and they are the one who hates the government most. Most of the time it is they who are given promises which are never transformed to reality. What they have is mistrust in government, parties, organization and people. Moreover, what they get in their head ultimately is apna dekho, doosron ko maaro goli …The step that has made India a powerhouse in economy
….. These were the thoughts trembling in my mind, until I was in train. After coming home and some relaxation, and giving the incident a second thought I realize, who my best hero was. My best Hero was hero number THREE!
I realized how wrong my thoughts were in train. Why do I think such? The biggest problem in India which, the first and second India people is habituated is, what is seldom seen in third India. Although seen. My favorite Hero Didn’t became a part of that system which is the greatest of the great problem, our country faces after independence. It is CORRUPTION. That makes him actually the real Indian.
PS.
One>The Rs250 went to Indian railway, instead Rs50, which may have gone to TTE pocket.
Two> HEROII got the penance he was guilt for. Law is equal for every one. In addition, every one is equal in front of law. He had Rs.250 to give as penalty. He could have bought ticket worth 60/70 rupees.
Three> HeroIII got the real credit for sustaining One corruption from India.
Four> I realize we, second people of India realize Unity but are a part of corrupt system.

Conflicts on FEEL GOOD & TALENT
various conflicts
My advisors say to feel good. The scrutiny on these two words is an antithesis of my philosophy.
"FEEL".
coterie which is habitual to feel, feels their thoughts too. And a rendezvous of feel and think is a Master death bed, where a downhill of life prevails. People are driven by feelings rather than values , which makes them live a doleful life.
GOOD preceding FEEL makes the worst and height of misuse of the two words. This can be said assuming every person born lives with a purpose. Purpose requires challenges to be dealt with ,If at all purpose needs to be fulfilled. To win over challenges, burning skin is requisite. Sitting on a sofa in AC room will certainly make you 'Feel Good',in addition to a bootylicious skin!
Of Talent
I get accolade by my small bevy of colleagues and encomium from elders for the least significant thing i have.TALENT.
Learning OOPS has significantly made my understanding of life better. It says regarding attributes <\i> of a class, They never get in memory prior to creation of its object.
Memory here takes the metaphor for actions or fruitful work. Attributes as a metaphor for talents. Object is the use of the talents which comes with an attitude. Attribute without object is insignificant.Memory is free.It shows the impotence of talents. and an attitude wins over every aspect of acievements.
